Craniosacral Therapy is the manipulation of the craniosacral system, which includes the soft tissue and bones of the head (cranium), the spine down to its tail end (the sacral area), and the pelvis. This form of therapy also works with the membranes that surround these bones and the cerebrospinal fluid that surrounds the brain and spinal cord. Lea will also be speaking about the importance of a regular Massage, and its benefits to a person’s overall health and wellness.
